Job summary

Responsibilities

Identify plant sector needs and translate them into layout, infrastructure, or facility improvement projects.
Develop and recommend safe, innovative solutions for internal clients and operations.
Manage full project lifecycle from needs assessment to commissioning within budget and schedule.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, constraints and objectives.
Act as a central contact between internal clients, teams, contractors, and management.
Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards; identify improvements.
Anticipate risks and constraints to ensure project success and continuity.
Effectively communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage projects adding, replacing, or relocating production equipment and improving infrastructure and safety.
