What you'll be doing...

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the operations and maintenance of our Vancouver designer outlet centre.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager and supporting the development of an Assistant, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized and high standards for the centre are always maintained. This includes implementing facility management policies in conjunction with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee supplier relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, gardening, and security.

The Facilities Executive plays a key role in overseeing health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness, and security for the entire centre. You will provide proactive, efficient, and effective management to ensure our guests are at the heart of everything we do.
