**The role you’ll contribute:**

operations, off site properties and various utility systems. Repairs and maintains structures, machinery, mechanical equipment, plumbing, electrical, painting, general carpentry, and basic HVAC. Full time engineering technicians will be required to participate in call coverage. Performs other duties as assigned.

**·** **Reviews maintenance requests and preventive maintenance schedules relative to areas of responsibility.**

**·** **Makes periodic inspections, regarding the general condition of the facility, grounds, and the general progress of work being accomplished.**

**·** **Assist in maintaining corrective, emergency and routine maintenance of buildings, equipment and offsite facilities associated with the facility.**

**·** **Diagnoses system malfunctions on plumbing, mechanical, and electrical equipment. Repairs or replaces defective parts as necessary.**
