Your new role

You will be responsible for facilities tasks, including:

  1. Acting as the main contact for contractors and landlord representatives.
  2. Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and repair requests, ensuring high office standards and adherence to policies.
  3. Conducting regular facility and security inspections, documenting findings, and resolving issues.
  4. Performing back-up reception duties and handling after-hour emergencies.
  5. Onboarding new hires and processing invoices.
  6. Managing the CMMS work order system and tracking workspace assignments.
  7. Maintaining emergency and evacuation programs.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems and office equipment is required. Post-secondary education is also necessary, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

What you'll get in return

You will receive annual compensation with a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, plus benefits and RRSP contributions.
