As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and reporting on general building and property maintenance assignments through sub-contracts and in-house maintenance teams. In this role, you will monitor external contractor activities in collaboration with the Broadstreet maintenance teams to ensure quality, cost, and effectiveness.
