Community Living BC seeks a Facilitator to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in accessing various services. The role involves creating support plans, crisis intervention, and community connection. Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent experience. This is a temporary position with anticipated hours of 35 bi-weekly until December 2026.
