Salary Range: 75,000-90,000

We are looking for a highly skilled Façade Detailer with 5+ years of experience working in a BIM

environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in façade systems, with proven

expertise in developing technical details, Revit models, CAD drawings, and cut sheets.

This role is focused entirely on producing accurate, coordinated shop drawings and technical

documentation to support fabrication and installation. You’ll work closely with designers,

engineers, and manufacturing teams, contributing to a collaborative, detail-oriented environment

where quality and precision are key.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop detailed façade shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

● Prepare technical details and cut sheets for various cladding systems

● Coordinate drawing packages with manufacturing and engineering inputs

● Ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance with project requirements

● Update and maintain drawing sets based on redlines and markups

● Follow internal standards for drawing production and documentation

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience with façade detailing in a BIM environment

● Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (advanced level)

● Strong knowledge of cladding systems, wall assemblies, and connection details

● Experience preparing cut sheets and coordinating with fabrication standards

● Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

● Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with curtain wall, rainscreen, or masonry backup systems

● Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
