As part of the Advanced development and manufacturing team, the fabrication technician plays a key role in supporting all advanced development and manufacturing projects. They actively participate in prototyping future products in various categories. They also contribute to process improvement, equipment modification, tool design, data analysis, mechanical testing, comprehensive reporting, troubleshooting, and recommendations. They influence the direction of development projects and their advanced manufacturing.
