Job description

Job Title: Fabrication Shop Labourer (Painter/Sandblaster/General Labour) at INFILTEK

Join our team as an Industrial Worker with responsibilities including industrial painting, sandblasting, and general labour. We are willing to train candidates who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and paint industrial equipment using epoxies, urethane, and other coatings
  • Mix paint and coatings to specifications
  • Sandblast parts and equipment to prepare surfaces
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
  • Perform general labour and fabrication tasks
  • Assist in assembling and preparing equipment for delivery
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Read and interpret measurements
  • Use hand and power tools for mechanical tasks
Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial painting and sandblasting (Required)
  • Mechanically inclined with basic fabrication skills
  • Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts (Required)
  • Comfortable in a physical, fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Own transportation to Mississauga facility
What We Offer
  • Hourly wage: $18–$28, based on experience

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Additional Details
  • Overtime pay, on-site parking, no French required
