The role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with measuring tools. Training for forklift and overhead crane will be provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read and follow job orders, drawings, and work orders.
• Read, understand, and follow specifications and blueprints.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Basic math and ability to use measuring tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow job orders and blueprints.
• Operate and monitor machines with minimal supervision.
• Use hand tools, grinders, and cutting torch as needed.
• Monitor machine feed/speed and adjust as needed.
• Record production data and maintain logs.
• Inspect finished products for adherence to specs and quality.
• Assist with routine maintenance and report mechanical issues.
• Follow health, safety, and company rules.
• Other duties as assigned by lead hand or supervisor.
