Job summary

PAG Direct is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join the team at Richmond Hill Toyota in Ontario. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role focused on financing solutions and lender relationships to support vehicle sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in F&I management, OMVIC license, and a valid driver’s license. The position is 100% commission with a car allowance and benefits after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Experience in automotive industry, especially sales/dealerships.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Financial Services Manager.
• Ability to prioritize and respond quickly to customer requests.
• Computer literate and adaptable.
• Willing to work rotating Sundays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all major lenders
• Submit financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Process all federal, provincial and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees

Qualifications – Must Have:

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
• Valid OMVIC license
• Experience working in the automotive industry (specifically sales, dealerships, etc.)
• Minimum 3+ years of previous F&I Manager experience
• Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests
• Self driven, like-able, and adaptable
• Computer savvy
• Ability to work rotating Sundays
