Job description

Your daily pursuit is creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and fueling their adventure.

What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this role is $17.00 per hour.

When does this adventure begin?

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2025 with employment dates of June 10 - September 1.

What will you do in this job?
  • Assist guests with the selection of food and beverage products and take payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas and stock products.
  • Assist in the preparation of products.
  • Ensure correct cash handling and float security during operating hours.
  • Maintain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake.
  • Participate in efforts to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe.
  • Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to each guest.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
  • Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Second language is an asset.
  • Food Safe certification and Pro Serve are assets.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
  • All employees must consent to a criminal record check to honor our commitment to being “Always Honest”.
