Spectacle in Toronto, ON is seeking an Eyewear Stylist to curate confidence and elevate client experiences through high-fashion expertise and legendary service. You help clients discover their visual identity via our premium eyewear collection and provide a VIP level of guidance.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll discuss face shapes, color theory, and current trends while maintaining an inviting gallery aesthetic. Weekend/evening availability is required for exclusive events.

Qualifications

• Retail, design, or luxury service background required.

With a deep understanding of Spectacle’s mission and award-winning history, you will ensure every visitor is met with genuine enthusiasm, honesty, and a level of expertise that makes them feel like a VIP. What You’ll Do

• Curate the Look: Provide a personalized, concierge-style shopping experience. You’ll guide clients through our "gallery" of frames, offering expert advice on face shapes, color theory, and current fashion trends.
• Build an Eyewear Wardrobe: Educate clients on the value of specialized eyewear (sun, computer, fashion-forward) to ensure their vision needs are met for every aspect of their life.
• Master the Product: Develop an encyclopedic knowledge of our independent brands, their craftsmanship, and the stories behind the designers.
• Maintain the Aesthetic: Take pride in the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring the gallery remains flawless, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Cultivate Community: Communicate Spectacle’s values and brand philosophy, turning one-time visitors into lifelong "Spectacle enthusiasts."
• Collaborate & Innovate: Brainstorm creative ways to optimize the client journey and share successful sales strategies with the team.
