Overview

Machine Operator | Bedford Park | HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Do you have experience working in Extrusion, Thermoforming, Injection Molding, or any form of Plastic Machine Operator? We want you on our TEAM!

Available Shifts: 7PM-7AM

Compensation:

  • Paying up to $25.05 an hour
  • Paid Weekly
  • Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain multiple thermoforming lines, with the ability to run all lines/packaging equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair lines to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain production records accurately and timely.
  • Meet quality requirements, including perfect case audit, docket info, ZR verification, and visual inspection.
  • Train new employees in line operation and paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for an entire 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in high-temperature environments.
  • May be required to obtain forklift certification.
