• Complete in-process quality checks and adjust to maintain specs.
• Follow safety, food safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, quality and leadership to resolve issues.
• Learn extrusion processes, equipment, materials, and troubleshooting through hands-on training.
• Progress through the extrusion operator career path.
