Job summary

Novolex is seeking an Extrusion Lead Operator to cover a 3-month medical leave replacement. You will run the PET extrusion line at standard rates, coordinate tasks and make quality decisions based on equipment status and staffing.

The role requires reading production schedules, ensuring resources, and maintaining safety procedures including PPE, lockout/tagout, and operating safety devices. Minimum high school diploma and at least 1 year in extrusion manufacturing; strong English communication

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience manufacturing on an extrusion line.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Good communication in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Run PET extrusion line at standard rates and within specs.
• Read and interpret production schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate tasks with team and ensure resource availability.
