Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a compounder to join a production team for extrusion line compounding. The role requires accurate material handling, adherence to safety standards, and delivering materials to lines with pigments and regrind.

You must be able to work 12-hour continental shifts, including nights, with a shift premium and incentives. desempeñar funciones en un entorno de fabricación.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Forklift certification acquired through Company sponsored training program.
• Must be conversant with all aspects of propane powered counter-balanced forklifts.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Must have strong communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work straight night shift and rotating shift on a 12 hour continental shift format.

Responsabilités

• Provide compound for extrusion lines to ensure continuous production of siding.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures for compound preparation.
• Supply lines with compound, pigments, regrind, and related materials.
• Ensure materials go into the correct silo and are properly stored.
• Receive materials during afternoon and midnight shifts; unload trucks when needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and assist with regrind cleaning and usage.
