Ideal Candidate: An experienced painting professional with high standards, particularly in exterior residential repaint work. Must be physically capable of performing job duties, knowledgeable about proper prep work, job site safety, paint coatings, and tool usage (sprayers, power washers, etc.). Candidates with their own vehicle and sprayer are preferred.

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills:

• Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Previous professional painting experience preferred
• Experienced with sprayers and working at heights
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Customer service focused, committed to quality work

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of three years of verifiable exterior painting experience through references
