Job description

Sierra Window & Property Services is looking to hire a full-time Exterior Home Maintenance Technician to join their long-term team! This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and potentially advance to a managerial position next season. You will learn how to build and maintain client relationships while providing quality work alongside your team.

Wage: $27 – $35/hr based on experience, PLUS vacation pay and bonus incentives!

Takes pride in delivering excellent, detail-oriented work. Must be comfortable working on 24′ – 32′ ladders, outdoors in all weather, with strong manual dexterity and physical ability to kneel, reach, climb, balance, and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Traveling through the Sea to Sky (mainly Whistler) to clean windows, pressure wash, and maintain exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Following instructions and communicating feedback to team leads.
• Completing jobs on time and to quality standards.
• Operating various tools and equipment.
• Ensuring work is clean, organized, and high quality.
• Performing other duties as needed and assisting where necessary.
