NorthCo is hiring an Exterior Field Manager to help lead our exterior renovation crews in the field. This is a full-time role for someone who knows siding inside and out, leads with confidence, and takes pride in running a tight, safe, well‑organized jobsite.

You'd be the person setting the tone on-site - keeping crews moving, quality high, and clients informed. We're looking for a leader who can balance speed, standards, and team morale, and who genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations on exterior renovation projects
• Leading crews on‑site and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring projects meet NorthCo standards
• Supporting and coaching team members in the field
• Communicating with Project Managers, homeowners, and crews throughout projects
• Problem‑solving on‑site challenges and helping keep timelines on track
• Ensuring proper health and safety practices are consistently followed
