Blackbird Interactive is seeking experienced Senior Producers to lead the development team on upcoming projects. You will partner with the Game Director to motivate, organize, grow, and lead a talented team through all phases of development.

Ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, a proven track record of building successful teams and games, and a passion for the industry and video games.

Your experience should include:

1. Minimum of 8 years experience in a producer/project manager role across full-cycle projects
2. A proven track record of successful game releases
3. Strong understanding of the game development cycle from pre-production to launch
4. Experience in preparing mitigation and contingency plans to address potential issues
5. Strategic thinking with proficiency in various project management methodologies, knowing when to apply each
6. Experience working directly with external partners and publishers
7. Passion and enthusiasm for games and game development
8. Excellent communication skills across all levels and disciplines
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
