Join to apply for the Express Lube Technician role at Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario.

The Express Lube Technician services vehicles as assigned by management, following all established standards and procedures. Responsibilities include rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, changing automotive fluids, and checking oil, tire pressure, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. Our goal is to deliver high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

We currently offer Day and Evening Shifts, with the following shift available:

• 7 AM to 4 PM

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience. Automotive training or experience is a plus. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and physical stamina are required. Candidate should work well in a fast-paced team environment, possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. State-certified inspectors are preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Changing oil and filters promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Checking and topping off or replacing fluids and maintenance parts as needed.
• Performing routine inspections and standard maintenance jobs.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness during service.
• Completing documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Following shop policies, safety, and environmental rules.
• Assisting with shop organization, inventory, and safety standards.
• Attending training sessions and meetings.
• Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Communicating with service advisors about work status and estimated completion times.
• Continuously updating technical knowledge through training.
• Exhibiting behaviors aligned with company values.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

No prior experience is necessary; this is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. Preferred qualifications include some automotive knowledge, a clean driver’s license, and good communication skills. Certification as a state inspector is a plus, as is a professional appearance and work ethic.
