Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective in Banff is seeking Expo/Hosts to join Balkan, offering a role focused on making orders look great and ensuring guests have a smooth experience. You’ll be the friendly first and last contact for guests, helping with waitlists and inquiries.

• As an Expo/Host, ensure orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests.
• As a Host, welcome guests, manage waitlists, and answer inquiries.
• Be on your feet for a full shift and maintain a positive attitude.

Expo/Hosts

Expo/Hosts play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. As an Expo, you’ll be responsible for making sure orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests. As a Host, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for guests, welcoming them warmly, managing waitlists, and answering inquiries. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude. The position requires a person that is quick, a great communicator, and has the ability to be on their feet for a full shift.
