Your Mission

The Ricochet Platform Team develops tools used by anti-cheat specialists to maintain the integrity of Call of Duty. We are building a new technology stack that combines data from various sources to detect cheaters more quickly and accurately. As a backend engineering expert, you will contribute to the architecture, development, and operation of critical anti-cheat systems that combat cheating in Call of Duty.

Player Profile

Minimum requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant experience developing scalable backend systems serving millions of users
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Rust, C++, or preferably Go
• Experience in distributed system architecture focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Experience deploying code to cloud environments using Kubernetes
• Experience working with Git-based codebases

Extra points:

• Experience with modern data technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Databricks, Snowflake, Pinot, Druid, CockroachDB, or TiDB
• Experience executing large-scale data migrations
