This role involves providing strategic HR consulting to leadership teams, driving transformation initiatives, and managing talent development. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in HR roles, strong strategic influencing skills, and excellent communication capabilities. Competitive salary range CAD 129,900 - CAD 257,700.

What you'll do:
As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner of the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Technology and Engineering groups, you will be a strategic partner to the executives and executive leadership teams in the Product & Engineering Board Area.
You will play a vital role as a trusted partner, providing HR expertise and support for SAP's Next Level Transformation, change management, and talent development.
