A leading Canadian company in Toronto is seeking a HumanXperience Communications and Organizational Change Management Expert to deliver the change management and communication strategy for their HumanXperience Program. You will participate in planning and deploying change management deliverables across multiple Go-Lives while collaborating with key stakeholders. Job Summary

The HumanXperience Communications and Organizational Change Management Expert (manager) is part of a team responsible for delivering the organizational change management and communication strategy for the HumanXperience Program at CN.

The Expert will support (and lead) the OCM Tower Lead in planning, developing and deploying all change management deliverables across 4 Go-Lives (18-24 months).

The role requires collaboration with HR, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders to help achieve program and OCM objectives.
