As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving claims files in litigation. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

How you will create impact:
  • Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and make decisions autonomously to resolve complex bodily injury claims.
  • Contact claimants, clients, lawyers, and witnesses during the investigation and resolution of claims.
  • Manage complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
  • Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
  • Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, aiming to position the organization as an industry leader in client engagement.

  • Have at least three years of claims or related business experience.
  • Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Possess a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Have or will attain provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.

  • You will travel occasionally.
  • You are required to have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
  • Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required.
  • You will be subject to a background check as a condition of employment if selected.
