As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation, and resolution of complex claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

How you will create impact:
  1. Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating, and making decisions autonomously to resolve complex bodily injury claims.
  2. Contacting claimants, clients, lawyers, and witnesses in the investigation and resolution of claims.
  3. Managing complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
  4. Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team.
  5. Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.

To join our team:
  1. You have three years of claims or related business experience.
  2. You have a post-secondary degree or diploma.
  3. You have a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  4. You have or will attain provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.
What you need to know:
  1. You will travel regularly.
  2. You are required to have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  3. This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
  4. Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required.
  5. You will be subject to a background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
