An established industry player is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join their dynamic team. Aon is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Consultant to join our team. This can be virtual, hybrid or office based out of one of our Aon Canada office locations.
The Employee Relations Consultant will be primarily responsible for providing expert, practical, problem-solving advice and support on Employee Relations matters including but not limited to performance, absence management, HR investigations and policy interpretation.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

How this opportunity is different
This role consults on solutions and strategies to resolve issues on a variety of people and HR process related topics. This role also assumes lead responsibility for workplace investigations and represents the HR Operations perspective on global project teams.
