Desjardins is seeking a Personal Advisor to help serve and develop relationships with members and clients across our network in Canada. You will advise on specialized products, analyze needs, and promote integrated service offers that align with current strategies and practices.

Interpersonal savvy is essential for success. You will identify client needs, support retention, and negotiate agreements while collaborating with English-speaking partners.

Formación

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency of English due to duties or work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

You provide service tailored to client needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. You help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing special requests and promoting and selling specialized products and services that meet client needs. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You help analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers. You support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
