Job summary

CARDIOLOGY CLINIC - REGINA is seeking a skilled Adult Cardiac Sonographer to perform transthoracic echocardiography on adults using M-mode, 2D, and colour Doppler. The role involves rooming, patient setup, and potential expansion to LV strain and stress echo in the future.

You will work under two expert echocardiographers with level 3 training, using Philips Epic with 2D and pedoff probe, and provide preliminary interpretations with studycast software.

Qualifications

• Must be CRCS or RDCS certified by Sonography Canada.
• BCLS certification required; maintain CME credits.
• Diagnostic Medical Sonography diploma required.
• Ability to work independently and engage patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete adult echocardiography studies per ASE guidelines.
• Provide preliminary interpretation using studycast software.
• Monitor for echocardiography emergencies and coordinate with healthcare team.
