MKTG Sports + Entertainment in Toronto is seeking a Manager to join the Brand Activations team, ensuring the smooth execution of client projects and delivering engaging consumer experiences. You will report to the Director, Brand Activations.

Bring 3+ years of event management experience, strong communication with partners, and willingness to travel. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits in a dynamic, sports-driven agency environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
Brand ambassador work is considered an asset.
Can speak with and present to important partners.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends and outdoors in a Canadian climate.
Willing to travel and have a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead the successful execution of client projects from brainstorming to post-event reporting.
Vendor Communication and Management: Coordinate with external suppliers to secure assets and inform project planning.
Financial Management: Create project estimates, manage expenses, ensure budgets, and reconcile costs.
Creative Thinking: Challenge the status quo and contribute distinctive ideas.
Problem Solving: Proactively find solutions while prioritizing company, team, and client interests.
Team Player & Spirit: Support a collaborative, energetic, and agile team.
