Qualifications

  • One year of farm tire-related experience required.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
  • Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms.

Your duties will include:

  • Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, and industrial tires and wheels in a safe and efficient manner
  • Inspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programs
  • Reset and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)
  • Complete specialty tire work
  • Ensure all equipment, tools and supplies are returned in good working condition to proper location
  • Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
  • Accurate and professional customer service
  • Maintaining tire service equipment
  • Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

What does it take to get on track?

  • One year of farm tire-related experience
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
  • A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills
