Are you an experienced environmental field technician ready to take the next step in your career? WSP is seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our Remediation Program Management team in Ontario. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to lead field operations, support environmental projects, and make a difference across communities.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and supervise environmental remediation fieldwork across Ontario.
  • Oversee subcontractors during drilling, excavation, and utility location activities.
  • Conduct soil and groundwater, soil and soil vapour sampling, K-tests, and monitoring well installations.
  • Manage on-site health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with site-specific plans.
  • Maintain detailed field notes and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
  • Travel frequently to diverse project sites, for multiple days.

What You Bring :

  • 3–5+ years of experience supervising drilling and remediation contractors.
  • A diploma in environmental sciences or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and a safety-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A desire to mentor and upskill junior colleagues.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
