Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive or tire industry is required.
• Effective listening skills to identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Creating work orders, arranging bookings, and communicating with technicians.
• Providing service quotes and obtaining customer authorization for work, finalizing sales, and customer follow-up.
• Proactively calling customers to assess their satisfaction with our services.
• Recommending tire services, wheel, and mechanical services to customers.
• Ensuring accurate billing and processing information in the computer system.
• Keeping promotional materials updated in the showroom.
• Participating in safety initiatives to ensure safety for customers and staff on-site and on the road.
• Completing assigned e-learning and safety courses, adhering to standards and policies.
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation and annual counts.
