  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests, your team, and yourself
  • Managing and leading a team of Department Managers and Shift Leaders
  • Participating in local events that positively impact your community
  • Upholding our renowned cleanliness methodology
  • Review current business plan and current trends from the People Propel Portal, PEAK, Restaurant Score cards
  • Based on key areas of focus, determine measurable targets that support the overall business then support your Department Managers to customize each department’s measurable targets
  • Review / Adjust the plan and tactics to align with the business needs
  • Ensure the updated plan and tactics are communicated effectively to all DM’s and the Supervisor or Consultant

Your vibe and experience

Experience leading a restaurant is required. Experience with McDonald's is considered an asset. Applicants with no experience with leadership positions in restaurants or McDonald's will not be considered.

You lead by example and are accountable. You have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence. You put people before profit, knowing that creating a positive culture leads to happier, more engaged staff who will deliver a better experience for your guests.
