POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing remote sales team across multiple regions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the BPO and call center space.
  • Foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
