Job summary

The Learning Experience West Windsor is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to nurture a positive learning environment and guide children through play, growth, and development. You will implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum and collaborate with families to support each child’s academic and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring activities to each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Partner with staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
