About the Role

Are you currently working with a mortgage brokerage and seeking growth opportunities? 8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is expanding and looking for new or experienced Mortgage Agents to join us.

In this role, you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple deals, nurture client relationships, deliver prompt responses, and improve process efficiency.

A snapshot of a typical week:

• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in making informed decisions
• Oversee the entire mortgage process from initial contact to closing, including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfillment, and closing activities
• Provide proper follow-up throughout the mortgage process
• Act as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends and regulations affecting private and government-insured mortgages

Requirements

Success looks like if you are:

• Driven, motivated, organized, a great communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter
• Having 1 to 3 years of sales experience
• Holding a High School Diploma
• Possessing a Mortgage Agent License
