About the Role

Are you currently working with a mortgage brokerage and seeking growth opportunities? 8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is expanding and is looking for new or experienced Mortgage Agents to join our team.

In this role, you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will manage multiple deals, develop relationships, deliver exceptional response times, and improve process efficiency.

A typical weekly overview:

• Manage your pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them make informed decisions
• Oversee the entire mortgage process from initial contact to closing, including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfillment, and closing activities
• Follow up with clients throughout the mortgage process
• Act as an intermediary between lenders and borrowers
• Stay informed on local real estate trends and regulations affecting private and government-insured mortgages

Requirements

Success looks like if you are:

• Driven, motivated, organized, a great communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter
• Having 1 to 3 years of sales experience
• Possessing a High School Diploma
• Holding a valid Mortgage Agent License
