Last Stop Moving is expanding in Edmonton and seeks experienced Moving Crew Members to join a high‑performance team. Foreman will lead the crew, run on‑site operations, ensure work aligns with the estimate's scope, uphold safety standards, and maintain customer satisfaction.

We offer full‑time hours, tips, and bonuses in a growth‑oriented environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of moving and leadership experience, a valid Class 5 licence, and the ability to lift 100 lbs+; background

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of professional moving experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of leadership/crew management experience.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Able to lift, push and pull 100 lbs+ repeatedly.
• Must pass driving record check, criminal background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew assignments, workflow and pace throughout the move.
• Lead on-site and work with crew to move heavy items safely.
• Verify inventory accuracy and note changes for billing.
• Communicate directly with customers on site.
• Document job progress in company software in real time.
• Act as primary on-site leader and liaison between crew, customer and dispatch.
• Resolve on-site challenges and escalate when needed.
• Ensure paperwork and signatures are completed before leaving.

As a Foreman you'll lead and work alongside your crew, run on-site operations, and make sure every job is done to the estimate's scope, our safety standards, and the customer's satisfaction. Pay

• $24+/hr, based on experience
• Plus tips (crew average $200-$250/week)
• Plus up to $15 for every 5-star review you earn

What you'll do

• Manage crew assignments, workflow and pace throughout the move
• Physical labour: move with your crew and take the lead on difficult or heavy items
• Verify inventory accuracy and note any changes for billing adjustments
• Communicate directly with the customer on site
• Document job progress in real time in our company software
• Act as the primary on-site leader and the link between crew, customer and dispatch
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalat to the Operations Manager when needed
• Confirm all paperwork and signatures are complete before leaving
• Ensure property protection, time management and professionalism at all times

What you need

• At least a year of experience in professional moving, at any company, anywhere
• At least a year of experience in leadership / managing a crew of people
• A valid Class 5 driver's licence
• Able to lift, push and pull 100 lbs+ repeatedly
• Okay with a driving record and criminal background check, plus a drug screen
