You will set up, operate, and maintain Weinig Powermat moulders and related equipment, ensuring precise profiles and high-quality architectural millwork. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience operating Weinig Powermat moulders or equivalent equipment.
• Strong knowledge of moulder setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with knife grinding, tooling preparation, and profile matching.
• Understanding of cutter geometry, wood species, and material characteristics.
• Proficiency with standard woodworking machinery and shop tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production specifications to ensure accurate profiles and dimensions.
• Grade lumber and monitor production quality throughout each run.

• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and identify mechanical issues.
