Responsibilities

• Track down mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on industrial gear to find root causes quickly.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, teardowns, repairs, and complete rebuilds on shop equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Run test procedures on repaired equipment to ensure it’s safe, reliable, and ready for production or deployment.
• Maintain detailed service logs, order required replacement parts, and keep a safe, spotless bay.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (40 hrs/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Track down mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on industrial gear and company assets to find root causes quickly.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, teardowns, repairs, and complete rebuilds on shop equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Run test procedures on repaired equipment to ensure it’s safe, reliable, and ready for production or deployment.
• Maintain detailed service logs, order required replacement parts, and keep a safe, spotless bay.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5 years of proven mechanical experience (industrial, fabrication, heavy equipment, or oilfield background preferred). Trade tickets are a huge bonus, but solid practical experience speaks volumes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, basic electrical, and preventative maintenance protocols.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, cool under pressure, and a safety-first mindset.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the time of application (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).
