Responsibilities & Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in the culinary industry
  • Prepare and execute service for restaurants and banquets including weddings, socials, corporate, and celebrity events
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Well-developed knife skills and food preparation techniques
  • Learn menu details; participate in production and plating
  • Maintain product consistency; minimize waste
  • Positive, outgoing team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Safe Food Handlers Certificate (asset)
