Responsibilities

1. Develop conceptual designs to communicate with clients and stakeholders in collaboration with the team and Project Manager.
2. Research, source, and specify manufacturers for finishes, furniture systems, fixtures as required.
3. Develop deliverables in REVIT or AutoCAD required at various project stages including functional programming, schematic design, working drawings, and contract administration.
4. Perform site audits or surveys to document existing conditions.
5. Support and assist as necessary with contract administration during construction.

Qualifications

• Intern or Registered Interior Designer in Ontario (ARIDO), or eligible to be registered in Ontario.
• College diploma or university degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited program.
