* Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining setting
* Must possess a valid Smart Serve certification
* A warm, polished, and professional demeanor
* Exceptional knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
* Ability to provide attentive, seamless service in a fast-paced environment
* Weekend availability is a must
