Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Experienced Export/Import Coordinator located on-site in Vancouver, BC. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating import and export shipments, handling customs brokerage, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and agents, and managing ocean and air freight operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Air Freight is a must
• Experience in Customs Brokerage and Import operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Ocean freight
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with handling documentation for international shipments
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in the use of Incoterms and processing of dangerous goods shipments is a plus
