Our client, a well-reputed boutique estates law firm in the GTA West and serving clients across Ontario, is seeking an experienced estates lawyer to join the team.

Specializing in estate litigation, estate administration, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships and elder law, the firm has a strong reputation for excellence. Its principal lawyer is a certified specialist and has consistently been recognized as a leading practitioner in estates law. In addition to representing private and institutional clients in complex matters, the firm’s lawyers also promote professional best practices through speaking at conferences, being widely published and serving on a variety of association committees.

The firm is currently seeking a like-minded practitioner with a strong work ethic, good client relations, community ties and a desire to take their estates practice to the next level. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of practice, strong drafting skills and demonstrated experience in estates planning and/or estates and trust litigation.
