All Cape Truck (a 40 year Cape Cod business) is seeking a dedicated and experienced hands-on Shop Manager to join our team as our Garage Shop Manager, with the ability to repair all aspects of a growing fleet of vehicles. The position offers competitive wages based on experience, including national holidays, vacation, paid sick time, and health benefits for eligible employees.

• Starting wages are $55- $60 / hour (1 ½ pay after 40 hours)

• A $7,500 bonus (portion paid at hiring and remainder over first year)

Qualifications:

1. Applicant must have a valid CDL (preferable MA)
2. Diesel Mechanic, knowledgeable in Commercial Vehicle Repair: Motor Coaches, School Buses, Vans, and Sedans
3. CORI/SORI, Driver History, and Drug Screenings required
