Job Description

We're looking for an experienced construction labour foreman that wants to take on challenging civil projects as a leader working to help build a company moving forward. Candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to lead his team with :

• positive reinforcement when training crew members,
• reading drawings and performing basic layout,
• leading by example by performing the work on site with the crew and training crew members,
• planning ahead and being prepared for upcoming tasks by having materials and tools ready-to-go,
• communicating and working with other trades and the general contractor,
• working with various types of formwork, and construction tools / equipment,
• drilling concrete and setting rebar dowels,
• tying reinforcing steel, and

Position requires the ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise and make decisions that lead to positive results and build our company's reputation.
